Leigh Grinstead has been elected by the members of the American Association for State and Local History (AASLH) as a council member. Effective September 19, 2014, her four-year term responsibilities include setting policy, providing leadership and strategic planning for the Association, and representing AASLH members and the field at large. Leigh has a long history of participating in the AASLH as member, chair and coordinator on many committees, trainer, and speaker.
