We have diligently been working behind the scenes to bring our members a new and improved My Lyrasis experience. The system is getting an upgrade with new functionality. For the upgrade to be successful, My Lyrasis member access will be suspended starting on Friday, August 9, 2024 close of business 6 p.m. EST through Monday evening, September 2, 2024. We plan to go live with the new My Lyrasis experience on September 3 at 8:00 a.m. EST.
Between August 9 and September 2, Lyrasis members will be unable to:
- Review/Approve/Cancel renewal quotes via My Lyrasis
- Update contact and/or organization information via My Lyrasis
- Register for classes on lyrasis.org
Members will have read-only access to My Lyrasis. You will be able to:
- View historical data about your organization
- View contact information
- View and reprint invoices
- Access financial forms
- Funds Transfer Request (paying for invoices using deposit account funds)
- Check Request (refunds)
- Add Funds (add funds to deposit accounts)
We strongly encourage members to access their My Lyrasis user account to review and approve all renewals prior to Friday, August 9th. Be sure to also update your contact information.
