We have diligently been working behind the scenes to bring our members a new and improved Lyrasis.org and My Lyrasis experience. The system is getting an upgrade with new functionality. For the upgrade to be successful, My Lyrasis member access will be limited as we add new functionality.
The new Lyrasis.org and My Lyrasis experience went live on September 3 but we will continue to add functionality.

- Login
- Review/Approve/Cancel renewal quotes via My Lyrasis
- Updating contact and/or organization information via My Lyrasis
- Registering for classes on Lyrasis.org
- Requesting a quote for one of our products using a web form on Lyrasis.org. Please email membersupport@lyrasis.org to request a quote.
- Receiving an invoice for a new order. Invoices will be processed as quickly as possible after September 3.
- Viewing historical data about your organization
- Viewing contact information
- Viewing and reprint invoices
- Accessing financial forms
- Funds Transfer Request (paying for invoices using deposit account funds)
- Check Request (refunds)
- Add Funds (add funds to deposit accounts)
- Contact us if you have any fiscal questions or requests
Future enhancements to My Lyrasis includes following improvements and enhancements:
- Ability to designate multiple billing contacts to receive invoices
- Ability to add a PO# to an invoice after an invoice has been generated
- Ability to pay online via credit card/ACH (invoices less than or equal to $10K are eligible)
- Ability to decline specific line items on quotes
My Lyrasis will also be available to all users of Lyrasis services. Not just Lyrasis members.
